My deep interest in making art began while I was still in grade school. At thirteen I received a set of oil paints from my grandmother and began painting in earnest. In my teens I attended a private vocational college where I studied product illustration, receiving a diploma before finishing public high school.

Life events and other pursuits inevitably took time away from art but I continued painting and drawing during military service and even medical school. Through those years I drew compulsively, painted oils and watercolors when able, then daily, and eventually began working digitally as well.

I make art every day, in many and various mediums. Thanks for looking.
